具体内容请见下文，有以下几点需要特别说明：
1. HayGroup是全球性的管理咨询公司，但此次招聘兼职的是其中的培训部门，非咨询部门
。
2. 这是一个长期的实习生项目（至少需要实习期6个月）。但实习生在进公司的前三个月
会主要从事数据整理、电话销售的工作。希望大家认真考虑自己是否喜欢这样需要与很多
人打交道的工作、是否对培训行业充满兴趣，之后再投递简历。
3. 要求学生每周至少有3整天的工作时间，其中最好是3个全天（考虑到如果都是半天半天
来，工作会显得比较琐碎）

Internship Career Plan:

As you develop and progress with the organization, Hay Group will offer promis
ing candidates with vast opportunities to undertake more responsibilities. The
Internship Program typically has two formal stages.

Stage 1: Jr. Associate Analyst (Duration: 3 to 6 months)
All new interns will join at this stage. During this stage, you will be provid
ed with the opportunity to understand and participate in the daily business, i
ncluding database updating, information collection and cold calls. Candidates
shall learn about the content of consulting better and communication skills as
well in this stage.

Stage 2: Associate Analyst (Duration 3 to 6 months)
The Associate Analyst level is only provided to candidates that have exhibited
high level of professionalism and potential. At this level, you would have be
en identified as a high potential for recruitment by Hay Group or Hay Group’s
client. During this stage of Internship, you will participate as an active me
mber of the Hay Learning Institute. The participation marks the beginning of y
our working life which includes strong business interaction with our clients.


Application Eligibility:
Students with the following profile are eligible to apply:

Minimum English language qualification:
- English Level CET 6
- Fluent in conversation English
Education Background:
- Currently undertaking Postgraduates Degree in Human Resource Management, Bus
iness Management, Marketing and Economics;
- Currently undertaking the last year of Undergraduate Degree majoring in Huma
n Resource Management, Business Management, Marketing and Economics. Candidate
s should have an outstanding GPA score.

Internship Allowances:
