1Job Title:   Quality Engineer

1. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责
Identify 3-5key accountabilities in rough order of importance.
罗列3-5项主要的工作职责
  
1) Check the finished sofa and control the products quality on spot;
2) Set up a quality system to test and exam the finished products.
3) Coach the operators to improve the sofa quality;
4) Analysis the quality problems and seek a good way to improve the production
.
5) Assist the QA Dept. to set up an integrate quality system.


2. PERSON REQUIREMENT任职资格
The position requires the following personal capabilities for acceptable perfo
rmance：E.g. education, experience, age, gender, language, specialty, competen
cies etc.:
本职位需要以下要求以完成工作：如教育、经验、年龄、性别、语言、专业及能力等。

1) More than five years working experience of quality engineer in the field of
sofa;
2) Be familiar with the sofa production process;
3) Be familiar with the quality system, such as ISO9001:2000;
4) Be good at communication, teamwork and outgoing;
5) Be good at express own opinions and good persuasion;


2job title:工程部主管
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责

1． 负责工程部整体工作的安排和管理
2． 制作和保管公司产品BOM，工程图纸，工艺文件 , PMM系统 BREAKDOWN等相关生产资料

3． 负责将单一产品转化成批量生产的产品
4． 对沙发成套资料的制作，审核，发放，更换，培训和监督
5． 协助上司完成公司的计划任务。指导生产部生产，协调开发部开发

５ DEGREE OF AUTONOMY权限
