职位描述/要求：

Job Summary:

Assist Finance Controllers in pricing input and prepares various kind of management accounting reports

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in coordinating of pricing application, include DIA Price input->tracking status->prepare follow up list for communicating with local BA
2. Assist in SAP price input or checking
3. Filing of approved price
4. Assist in consolidating expense budget from budget owners
5. Assist in preparing quarterly detail expenses report
6. Print out SAP expenses reports to budget owners
7. Assist in preparing monthly inventory CDI report
8. Assist in preparing monthly Management Information Reports
9. Assist in preparing monthly CAPEX reports
10. Document filing & assist in controlling task(small project’s action items) follow up

Basic Requirements of the Job:

1. Students from major university in Shanghai
2. Prefer with short term working experience under Financial Accounting
3. Microsoft Excel and English
4. Prefer can take minutes and prepare action items list for follow up of small project
