职位描述/要求：

GE BUSINESS NAME : GE Industrial, Inspection Technologies & Sensing
FUNCTIONAL WORK AREA : Information Technology

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Corporate End User Service (EUS) leader on the EUS program
Clean up assets information for IT based on EUS standard
Involved in the discussion with business leader & IT manager on the special requirement for business EUS.
Communicate to users on the new process & enforce it.
Monitor and drive the issue resolution within prescribed Service Level Agreements
Analyze EUS cases weekly to find root cause and corrective or improvement actions.
Reduce case volumn and resolution time, reduce burn rate by leverage Helpdesk
Communicate with VC leader on the service problem.
Follows company policy with regard to internal controls as well as compliance policies to ensure that the employee and the company act legally and with the highest standards of ethics and integrity

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field
Prior experience in IT help desk or call center environment will be preferred
Basic knowledge of help desk systems
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
Basic knowlege about project management
Familiar with technical documentation procedure
Experienced with Outlook Email & Calendar system
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demanding
Must be self-directed , have excellent initiative and organizational skills
Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency , drive and energy
Works well under stress with the ability to deliver on time.
