1.MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
·Manage complaint handling process: Receive complaints, review, translate, and then data entry into CTS for all complaints occurs in China. Follow up on reports until complaints are closed.
·Manage recall process: Work with Warehouse to ensure the recall process is done smoothly.
·Coordinate returning of complaint samples: Ensure smooth handling and complying with hygiene procedures and trade regulations.
·Regulatory reporting: Work with RA to report adverse event to SFDA.
2.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Major Activities (What is done and how)
Manage Complaint Handling Process (40%)
Work according to established policy and procedures.
Take steps to resolve issues that country may have related to complaint handling.
Monitor performances to ensure no delays.
Manage Recall Process (20%)
Work with Warehouse, CS and other relevant departments to coordinate recall process.
Coordinate Returning of Samples (30%)
Work with TCI to observe hygiene procedures, and to properly de-contaminate samples.
Work with divisions to determine the quantity of samples to be returned to US.
Return samples following trade regulations.
Regulatory Reporting (10%)
Work with RA, China to establish SFDA reporting procedures.

5.SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS (ELIGIBILITY)
The typical background required to competently perform the responsibilities of the job e.g. the type and depth of training, skills and experience or formal qualifications. These requirements will vary from country to country.
·Minimum A level or equivalent.
·Computer literate. Able to run excel efficiently.
·Experience with Tyco products is added advantage.
·Ability to communicate fluently in English and Chinese both written and verbal.
·Team player.
·Good communication skills.
·Knowledge on logistics (warehouse & import, export) is plus.
