职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
Ensures a stable and functional production environment
Provides support services in the administration of SAP (R/3, APO, BW, EBPro, AII, XI, Solution Manager, Portals and PLM) related activities
Provides SAP BASIS support including patches & fixes and performance monitoring activities
Troubleshoots system problems (both SAP and non-SAP)
Supports the planning and execution of SAP version upgrades from a technical aspect
Participates with the Network Management group in providing SAP-related hardware specifications
Participates with the Operating System group in providing SAP-related hardware specifications
Works with the Technology Teams and Process Teams in the execution of stress testing, including identifying requirements and creating test scripts
Works with the Technology Teams to conduct tuning

Qualification:
Basic knowledge of SAP Basis sound knowledge in: UNIX, Windows 2000, Oracle, Citrix, RF/Wireless, Application Performance
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering related
Good English or Japanese language skill in both written and spoken
Positive, enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated
Willing to travel upon request
Welcome fresh graduates with IT related education background and intern experience
