- Main Responsibilities
1. To communicate (face to face &/or on the phone) with customers in China to expedite collections of overdue AR payments;
2. To recommend tactical approach from time to time to credit & collection team on ways to improve process of collections.
3. To be able to reduce out current overdue percentage to acceptable level.
Qualifications
1. U grad or equivalent
2. To be able to communicate both English and Chinese (Written & verbal)
3. Experience in collections with MNC or big local companies
4. Self-motivated and be able to work independently
