Recruitment Assistant (intern) 1-2 month period

欢迎大三或者研二的学生来应聘！ 需要一周工作4-5天！ 介于职位都是半导体行业的技术人员。欢迎工科背景的学生应聘。（EE， CS， Microelectronics etc.）

Main Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and selection process：
-job posting on Career Center, website
-coordinate with agency to place the newspaper Ads
-CV screen, telephone interview, shortlist candidates
-Coordinate interviews with hiring manager, interviewer guide
-Recruitment reporting and analysis
-Other admin support for recruitment activities

Job Specifications

University degree, majored in Engineering is preferred
Over 1 year working experience in recruitment field within multinational company
Fresh graduate with recruitment internship experience is favorable
Excellent communication competency
Good Oral English
Be able to work under pressure
Be able to handle multi-task
