具体如下:

AIESEC US is currently working on closing an account with PwC.The PwC needs
to identify 35 candidates who are top accounting talent (recent graduates,
accounting major, excellent English) from China for the positions. The PwC
traineeships would start July 15th,2007 to April 30th 2008. And the cities
are New York, Atlanta, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Chicago. PwC would
screen the candidates and hold interviews as well.It depends on PwC how
many they choose based on the quality of candidates.

NYC: Bachelors = $55,000; Masters = $70,000
San Francisco: Bachelors = $51,500; Masters = $56,000
Atlanta: Bachelors = $45,500; Masters = $47,500
Chicago: Bachelors = $53,500; Masters = $55,000
Philadelphia: Bachelors = $50,000; Masters = $52,000
(This salary is for a year, so you should change to the 9.5 months, and
they will cover your air ticket!)

Our schedule:
March-April: Recruit the people and inducted them into aiesec
April: selection from America PwC
May: VISA application
June: prepare for traineeships and final exams
July: Start internships

For the VISA to go to US:
They need to book a meeting with America embassy which usually takes about
15 days, and they will apply for J1 VISA. The US embassy will decide
whether to give the VISA to them or not after the face interview so it
takes a min ?
But if they said that they need further investigation, then it need more
time. Usually, if they cannot get it right after the meeting, their chances
of getting the VISA is very slice.
So basically, it takes around 15 days to get a VISA .
