职位描述：
Major Responsibility
1.Review batch record.
2.Assistant BIDC taking Imported materials samples and communicate with BIDC to smoothen release.
3.Update and compile the materials specification.
4.Perform the defect evaluation as request
5.Assistant QA staff to finalize trading license for DC and pharmaceuticals.
6.Review the actual practices in QA against the working-related SOPs and implement all the SOPs or revise SOPs accordingly.
7.Create the stability study protocol and annual stability study plan.
8.Check artwork design.
9.Production line monitoring.
Personal Specification:
10.Major in pharmaceutical or related.
11.Experience with quality assurance, GMP and ISO9000 is preferred.
12.Experience with MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
13.Active, careful, professional and with teamwork spirit.

拜耳医药保健处方药部在全国设有6个销售大区，12个办事处，业务遍及70多个主要城市，开发、生产和销售心血管疾病、感染、内分泌、泌尿系统等领域多种高科技专利药品。拜耳医药保健2006年的重要里程碑是首次在美国和欧洲以及更多市场上市肾癌治疗药物，同时拜耳医药保健继续开发这一药物的活性成份在肝癌和黑色素瘤等病症中治疗的应用。
拜耳医药保健的工厂位于北京经济技术开发区，占地面积36，000平方米，是中国国内最早自觉实行GMP（药品生产管理规范）的制药厂之一。工厂于1995年至1997年期间兴建，1997年11月竣工并投产，目前生产许可证范围之内的固体和膏剂药品。此外，工厂还进行针剂药物的包装。工厂现在共拥有15条产品线，其中13条为生产和包装，另外2条为进口的成品。产品除主要供应中国市场外还出口日本。

Bayer HealthCare China PH division has 6 sales regions and 12 sales offices.The business covers 70 cities in China. The company is to develop, manufacture and market products in the fields of cardiovascular diseases, anti infections, diabetes and urology . Milestones for 2006 include the expected market launch of Nexavar in the United States and Europe for the treatment of advanced kidney cancer and continuing systematic development of the active ingredient for use in liver cancer and melanoma.
Bayer HealthCare Plant locates at Beijing Development Area, and occupies 36,000 square meters. The BHC factory is one of the initiators in China to implement GMP regulations.Solid and semi-solid pharmaceuticals can be manufactured here. The state-of-the-art plant fulfills international GMP standards.
In addition, packaging of parenteral products is done here, all in all 15 production lines, 13 of them for production or packaging, 2 to finish imported goods. In addition to meet China market demands, the products also exported to Japan. |
