职位描述：
Scope of Duties:
旾mplement company抯 recruitment plan, conduct interview & test to hire high quality candidates;
旾nvolved in newspaper advertisements, internal transfer and headhunters.
旾nterview candidates and recommend the potential candidates.
旸evelop and evaluate various recruiting channels/programs to ensure the recruiting process is efficient and cost effective;
旳nalyze and report the recruiting progress to management to constantly improve the recruiting work
昁eeping track on budget regarding vacancies.

Professional Experience:
旳bove 3-year HR working experiences in manufactory's, especially in MNC recruitment field;
昁nowledge of labor law;
昗ork experience with agency (helpful).

旵ommunicates easily and fluently with all kinds of people at different levels and possesses a positive outlook.

Education:
旹ducation: Bachelor degrees in HR management, or related professions;
旻luent in spoken and written English (CET-4 or equivalent certificate);
昉ractical skills with MS-Word and Excel.
