职位描述: Responsibility:
1.Provide administrative support and assistance to Local HR top management including but not limited to schedule/calendar and time management; general administrative support, task including:
-Travel arrangement including air-ticket/hotel/fetch/e-accounting/name cards maintain.
-Assist in preparation of presentations and some analysis.
-Receiving internal and external customers and meeting arrangement.
-Visitors Reception & mail / calls reply.
-Filing management including meeting material/newspapers etc.
-General administrative issues supervising
2.HR daily operation coordination and supporting, task including:
-Employee relevant file management and delivery.
-Employee commercial insurance list maintenance.
-Other employee HR daily support coordination.
Requirement:
1.Diploma and above.
2.Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese.CET-6 is required. Japanese skill preferred.
3.Good command of MS Office(Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint).
4.Honest,committed and detail orientated. Be able to work under pressure.
5.Good team spirit.
