THE PLACE is located on the west side of the CBD, a mixed use development comprise two Grade A office towers and rows of 5-level retail centre with outdoor pedestrian walk. When it opens in 2006, the surrounding developments will all be occupied representing strong demand of retail facilities from residents and workers in the CBD. The site is approximately 600m to the nearest MRT station and serviced by some 20 buses all through Beijing.
