技能技巧：
1、熟悉Jsp/ servlet、Struts、JDBC以及J2EE设计模式；
2、有基于Oracle数据库的开发经验 ；
3、有webservic开发经验 ；
4、对JAVA等技术体系有了解和实际开发经验；
5、熟悉软件开发流程、设计模式、体系结构；
6、具有编码和撰写文档的能力，能独立解决技术问题，有较强的创新意识；
7、具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神，热爱软件开发工作。
