职位描述：
Your Responsibilities
1. Order Desk
- Timely response to parts order request from FSE via CCC by placing PO to SPS AP/PMG, shorten lead time and expedite delivery.
- PO list update and outstanding PO monitoring, communication with FSE for delivery information.
- Coordinate with Forwarder and expedite delivery and Customs Clearance, arrange local delivery.
- Support SCM team for parts ordering for installation.
2. Return Desk
- Parts collection from site, PCF issuance and status tracking;
- SAP update and trouble shooting for Non-conformance cases;
- Int’l return of defective parts, coordinate with forwarder and expedite shipment, tracking return credit return status;
- DOA/short shipment/wrong delivery claim to SPS AP;
- Document control for EFRP/yellow or white label/tube report/detector exchange report;
3. Goods Receiving
- Timely process of GR / GI in SAP for HK93;
- Ensure accurate system record GR against Invoice from SPS AP and parts transfer from HK93 to CN93;
- Ensure timely & accurate information exchange with Call takers for parts arrival in HK93 and transfer to CN93;
- Ensure daily PO list upload to share drive
4. Planner
- Maintain parts safety stock and inventory level properly;
- Half year overall stock take and monthly cycle count;
- Stock variance check, analysis and adjustment;
- Inventory replenishment, return and Min/Max level control;
- Material Master creation, maintenance and adjustment;
- Monthly excess return coordination and implementation;
- Tools procurement, allocation and control.

Your Profile
- Proven record of relevant working experience.
- Demonstrated ability in SAP (preferred but not mandatory) and MS office system
- Good English for communication, for both writing & speaking.
- Strong capability of data analysis
- Strong sense of “Customer Service” principals
- Experience in a continuous improvement environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize
- Ability to Multitask
