Main tasks:
·Electrical & mechanical installation and repair works on site
·Electrical & mechanical commissioning works on site
·Customer training concerning operation and maintenance of the welding systems
·Translator function for language & culture in the STS/STC commissioning team
·Professional on schedule execution of after-sale service orders and service assignments
·Objective reporting of the assignments and customer requests
·Collaboration with the project managers Additional tasks after appropriate training & qualification:
·Performance of acceptance test at the customer plant
·Software optimization of plants on site as agreed with the producer
·Technical welding optimizations on plants on site
·Direct site groups of the subcontractor of the producer on site
·Competent customer consulting on site, on the phone Professional competence:
·Professional training in the field of engineering or plant construction
·Further training as a technician or engineer (if possible in the electro-technical field)
·Experience as a Service engineer or commissioning engineer in the field of engineering or plant construction
·Familiar with mechanical & electrical systems
·Knowledge of electrotechnic or familiar with PLC controls e.g. Siemens
·Knowledge of automation systems, e.g. robots or NC axes is preferable
·Good electrical skills are preferable
·Windows Office, Word, Excel Should be able to communicate in english
·Written english skills would be preferable
·Team player, helpful, committed to the common goal
·Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, ability to improvise (if needed)
·Is used to act systematically in hectic situations
