Microsoft Dynamics Axapta has the opening for an ambitious developer interested in exploring the worlds of financial accounting, Microsoft customer relations, and advanced C++ development. The successful candidate will work as a specialist developer, using Microsoft’s industry-leading development technologies in the very front lines of our marketplace. Our product is used by thousands of the largest businesses, world-wide. Microsoft Dynamics Axapta is a complex and large-scale complete accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning solution. Our product implements a virtual run-time for an application-area interpreted language (X++), a multi-vendor-capable database backend, and a full accounting package infrastructure. Our customers implement intricate designs which integrate our software into the ctual moving pieces of their businesses, for example, with robotic inventory pickers.
You will respond to high-priority customer issues such as business process downtime, requests for additional features, pre-sales collaboration requests and you will coordinate with the core product team. This position requires a solid foundation in C and C++ software development, including dynamic memory, multithreaded synchronization, network programming, relational databases, SQL, parsing, virtual run-time. The ideal candidate will have an interest in compilers and/or virtual runtime environments, relational database implementation, low-level implementation correctness, or multi-threaded programming.
Requirements:
Solid foundation in C and/or C++
Familiarity with standard run-time libraries for C and/or C++
