Japanese Recruiter
Job Description:
-Recruit quality employees for SYKES in PRC Japanese Account by conducting various stages of selections which involve liaising with the advertising agencies, screening the applications, scoring tests, conducting interviews and nominating suitable short-list candidates to the line managers in compliance with Corporate policies & procedures；
-Research and develop new recruiting channels within budget;
-Utilize resume sourcing techniques and pre-screening abilities to identify potential candidates
-Develop a pool of potential candidates, balancing both quality and quantity ;
-Schedule and coordinate interview times, dates and assessments
Requirement：
-Nationality with Japanese would be better
-Fluent in Japanese communication, Advanced Level
-Familiar with Japanese business manner and culture
-Have working function in job hunter or recruiting experience is preferred
-Familar with call center industry would be a plus
