职位描述：
BU Description
Operation /Contact Center / ISSC

Job Responsibilities
1.Answer calls from the main switch board;
2.1st level attendance to the calls and warm transfer to the Contact Centre BUs;
3.Logging all the calls/incidents to the Notes DB;
4.Follow thru on the calls closure;
5.Perform outbound end user survey;
6.1st level complaint handling according to BUs requirements;
7.Compile the call summary & statistic in monthly basis;
8.ILC System Administration for SZ location;

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
1.Business knowledge for the BUs in the Contact Centre will definitely an asset;
2.Good command in English & Cantonese;
3.Customer service experience is preferable;

Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)
1.University graduated;
2.CET6 in English.
