-Assist to implement the organizational issues of training and developing
-Provide immediate support for training officer on relevant projects, programs, processes and goals
-Ply preparation for all training issues
-Help to follow, evaluate the training process and result
-Develop career path for all staff
Requirements:
-College or above, related educational emphasis
-One year experience of HR, training function is preferable
-Open, good expression, communication and interpersonal skill
-Good command of computer and mandarin, practical English both in writting or oral
-Good analysis ability and presentation skill
