A Dutch media consulting firm needs a full-time graduate with Bachelor’s degree in law.
This company is set up ten years ago in the Netherlands. The core business of this company is producing and editing TV programs. The company set up two branches in China: Shanghai and Beijing. This job position is located in Beijing.
Responsibilities:
• Contract drafting both in Chinese and in English
• License approval
• Legislation research
• Formal translation in legal documents
• Keeping media legislation updated
• Involving frequent communication and collaboration with British and Dutch law firms
Requirements of the candidates:
• Good command of English both in speaking and writing
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or above in famous universities
• Relevant experiences are preferred
• Flexible
