具体职责：
A) Account servicing
1) Wireframe/ sitemap (in PPT or VISIO)
2) Project scheduling in excel, PROJECT format
3) Contact reports
4) Production coordination - from creative production on video and still shooting to digital campaign interface planning and interactive programming follow up and testing
5) Media Project coordination -
6) Online research - media relation, trends, wordings… in blogs, BBS
7) Monitoring reports
8) Traffic Procedures: job brief + quotation
9) Campaign review report
10) Basic database management planning
B) Ideation:
1) Generate Buzz topics/ strategy
2) Manage BBS
3) Can make up blogs and manage blogs in different platform
4) Generate causal game ideas with edutainment elements to the brand
5) Learn to ask sensible question to find out the truth brief
6) Learn to negotiate on time and budget with Client
C) New business development, you need demonstrate
1) oral presentation skills
2) briefing skills
3) research
4) account management capability - follow and keep track on the lead
D) Finance Control and Planning
1) Weekly report to reflect …

2) Build good relation with traffic department and well inform the related parties (traffic and finance department) on the job status - esp. open a job and close a job

Digital Media Watch. Find time to surf different portals for different media creative tactics, new content development tactics, pay close attention to consumer behavior on digital trend in China, the new trend
Digital Trend Watch. Find time to surf different international websites, learn and appreciate the new use of interactive applications, competitors’ move, digital media analysis tools and developments.
Tribal Digital Growth. Have the belief and ambition to help moving Tribal Shanghai to be the best full-service agency in the industry in China in 3 years.

Bachelor degree.
