我的老板的申明:
First, we don't approve resumes. Resumes are only part of their
overall application package. So when we say "Your resume looks great
...", we are just being courteous and respectful to applicants. It
doesn't mean they are approved. We review their application once
everything has been received then make a decision. Some applicants
only send me a partial application, we'll not even consider those.

Second, We evaluate their application on several aspects. These
include, but not limited to, education, English skill, and personal
image (how you look and how you present and conduct yourself). The
business we are in deals with people, to be successful, an IVA has to
be careful with his/her looks and demeanor. I asked all applicants
who wants to provide service as a model to send me a few good
pictures. Some applicants sent me good pictures without me asking.
That's very good. It certainly will help their score.

Last, we need to make it very clear, that we are not offering jobs.
What we offer is a place where they can meet with potential clients.
If they can convince clients to pay them, they make money. To be able
to convince clients, all IVAs will need to use all tools we provide to
show the strength of their skill and personality. That's not going to
be easy.

We don't charge IVAs anything. This makes us very different from
other agencies. Mostly agencies want 50% of IVA's earning, we don't.
You can think of our site as an online job fair, we help everyone to
find jobs and build their businesses. In the future, we'll charge
clients a small fee to get into the site.

What we offer is an opportunity. We have every right to offer it to
anyone we want. If, for some reason, an applicant is not approved,
he/she has no reason to be upset. Just because they send us their IDs
doesn't mean we owe them anything.
