Position Research Analyst
Supervisor Directors
Direct Reports None
Overall Purpose To support consultants, managers and directors in all functions of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales and Marketing
a. Develop a firm understanding of Tractus’ business for marketing purposes
b. Attend sales meetings, conference, seminars and other venues to market th
e company
c. Assist Directors, Managers and Consultants with marketing support
d. Identify opportunities whenever possible
e. Conduct secondary research to review opportunities
2. Project Execution
a. Undertake research both primary and secondary as directed by Director, Ma
nagers and Team Leaders
b. Undertake analysis as directed by Director, Managers and Team Leaders
c. Draft and revise report formats
d. Complete project task as directed by Directors, Management and Consultant
s
e. Interact with clients as directed to understand their operations and busi
ness drivers
3. Project Management Administration
a. Complete time sheets
b. Expenses
c. Project filing
d. Report production and review for mistakes
4. Company Administration and H.R.
a. Undertake office administration issues if and as needed to help the compa
ny grow

Required Skills and Competencies Description

Language Proficiency and Overall Communications Skills ? Strong written and
oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Project Execution ? Resourcefulness in research duties

tonomously with little direction

Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Willing to travel domestically and internationally

Computer Proficiency ? Able to use all MS software products competently at
an intermediate to advanced level
Proficient with Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acce
ss, Outlook and Project
Leading and Developing Others ? Takes initiative to identify and discuss wi
th Directors’ areas where he/she feels training can help her to improve his
/her work skills and efficiency.
Provides honest and candid feedback to help improve others’ and the team’
s performance, while at the same time being open to others’ feedback to imp
rove him/herself.
Qualifications and Experience ? Undergraduate degree or above
Strong record of academic achievement
