职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
·Modify or amend design element for buttons, web layouts, icons, items and print works.
·Fully understand and coordinate the creative leader' demands on projects and complete relevant design.
·Ensure design work meets the cutting edge of style.
·Work closely with creative designers to deliver the results and ensure overall skill-set enhancement through mutual support and learning.
Job Requirements:
·Flexible and organized
·Independent and mature minded
·Highly self motivated and be able to handle various detail design at the mean time and take initiative
·University Degree in Design or similar
·Abundant working experience in the design field
·Proficient with design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash etc
·Experienced with web and interactive designing
·Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point
工作职责：
·负责网站广告、网页、按钮、图标、排版、平面印刷品等的修改和维护
·全面理解并协调来自主创设计的修改需求，完成相关设计
·确保设计与实施符合项目进度要求
·密切关注市场动向，确保设计创意紧跟时代潮流
·与团队内同事的紧密沟通与交流，以达到互助和共同进步的良性循环
职位要求：
·灵活，但不乏有序
·独立，但成熟稳健
·能够高效自我管理，并同时处理多个项目
·艺术或相关专业学士或以上学位
·丰富的设计工作基础与经验
·熟练操作常用设计工具，如：Photoshop，Illustrator，and Flash 等
·有网站设计和互动设计经验
·熟练使用常用办公软件MS Word，Excel，Power point等
