职位描述: Responsibilities:
-Answers incoming telephone calls and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
-Reception of visitors and monitor front office activity.
-Arrange business trip, rent car, and get reservation of hotel and restaurant and social activities.
-Purchasing and Distribution stationary to save cost.
-Other office work is arranged by manager.
Position Requirements(注:简历必须附带照片):
-Junior College diploma or above. Associate's degree in Business,English or related field preferred.
-active working attitude.
-Good English and Chinese communication skills, both written and oral.
-Excellent phone answering skills.
-Good PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office software
