Title: Customer Service Engineer
Location: Shanghai
JD:
• Acts as First point of contact to respond and resolve product pricing/
availability and technical enquiries, while utilizing the system and /or tools
available.
• Recommend suitable product offerings/solution including marketing prom
otions.
• Generate new business opportunities for business group while satisfyin
g/fulfilling customer’s needs.
• Assist customers and communicate customer’s information to partners,
and/or invoke additional Agilent Technologies resources that will satisfy the
customer’s needs
• Provide optional methods from which customers choose how Agilent Techn
ologies will satisfy their buying needs
• Take ownership of customer issues to satisfy/delight customers by prov
iding real-time assistance and resolution.
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering with 1-2 years
work experience
• Strong interest and passion in serving customers in a contact centre e
nvironment
• Excellent listening and qualification skills with ability to move the
customer through efficient buying / problem solving process. Able to resolve p
roblem and deliver commitment
• Excellent Communication skills in voice or written media, both in Chin
ese & English (CET-6)
• Excellent knowledge of PC tools
• Integrity
• Teamwork skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a stressful environment
• Good system application knowledge
• Knowledge of key test & measurement solution & market
