Company background:
an international company headquartered in Belgium, provides visualization and display solutions for professional markets. It designs and develops solutions for large screen visualization, display solutions for life-critical applications, and systems for visual inspection. It is active worldwide and has its own facilities for Sales & Marketing, Customer Support, R&D and Manufacturing in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
Position Title: Senior Sales Engineer [Digital Cinema]

This position is to provide expert engineering and technical support to the sales and account management teams for the application of all Digital Cinema products as well as demo support and pre-sales customer service on an “as needed” basis.

Reporting : Director, Digital Cinema, MED China
Region : China
Location : BJ

Key Responsibilities

1. To make technical and commercial proposals to prospective business potentials in the target industries of the regional markets and make cost calculations.
2. To make technical presentations for the offered solutions.
3. To support the sales team in proposing differentiated solutions to the client base.
4. To give technical input to system integrators, end-users who will drive the realizations of sales.
5. To work with the sales force in understanding the complex demands of end-users requirements and provide effective viable solutions.
6. To work closely together with the international R&D team to define the appropriate solutions to our customer.
7. Receive training in Belgium for 3-6 months.
8. Frequent travel required: 30% - 50% of time.
Essential Requirements

Education
• Master Degree in Electronic Engineering and a broad technical interest.
• Perfect skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Experience
• Experience preferably in working as a part of a global sales support team to help drive business.
• Possess maturity and diplomacy to handle the various levels within the client organization.
• Commercial and result-oriented.
• Professional skill in Presentation, Sales Technique and Customer Orientation.
• Knowledge and Asian background is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of AutoCad is an advantage.

• Outgoing, have good presentation and communication skills
• Creative, take initiative
• Capable of bottom-line responsibility
• Good team player
