职位描述: Goals/Mission:
- Support I&S Business Group for people development programme
Working Partners / Contacts:
- Organize internal and external training for I&S employees
- Internal contact: Manager of People Development, General Manager of I&S BUs, colleagues in all BUs and regions, event team
- External contact: Siemens Management Institute, external training providers
Tasks:
- Handling of incoming training request, (bundeling, clarification of requirement)
- Organization of I&S training with Siemens Management Institute and external providers
- Implementation of I&S Academy concept
- Support in University liaison (including: organizing meeting between Universities and I&S management)
- Maintainance of Job Profiles
- Organization of PM(Project Management)Certification
- Competence analysis
Education:
- Bachelor, major in Human Resource, Economics, Business Administration, etc.
- Job Language:EN
Knowledge/Languages:
- Good English
- Team work

- ability to coordinate

- MS excel and PPT
Experience:
- no professional experience is mandatory, but experience in HR or administration would be helpful
experience in coordinating and organizing
experience in working in international environment preferred
