职位描述：
Reports To :Product & Development Manager
Overall Responsibility
To assist technical department in the development of trial sample (minimum 45kg).
Responsible for the immaculate cleanliness of product development area and college.
Accountable for the availability of raw material and packaging material required by PD.
Entrusted with the responsibility of institute store and warehouse inventories.
Assist in college activities and other application work.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Technically sound in chocolate and compound dough texture and fineness requirements
Ensure reproduction of good quality chocolate and compound samples in terms of fineness and taste sample for customer evaluation
To ensure proper packing and prompt dispatch of sample to customer
Management of store, PD and warehouse inventory base on first in and first out concept
To generate a monthly report on the sum of out going samples to customers
To liase with other sites for non-pioneer products
Update and maintain database for completed and in-progress product development
Skills and Attributes
Responsible for the day to day preparation of sample and development of trial samples.
Should understand the essence of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Have the flare in chocolate and compound terminology and hands on development work.
Experience Requirement
Minimum a 'O' Level with 3 credits
Computer literate
Good cleanliness attitude
Able to work without much supervision
Good mathematical skill
Able to work closely with other personnel in the operational level
