Job Description:
Develop test programs using industry leading ATE at wafer sort and final test.
Responsible for all SW (test program) & HW (probe card/loadboard) implementation from engineering to production.
Work with IC design engineers to define, develop, and ensure quality of testing methodologies.
Maintain product quality thru yield and failure analysis.
Support production test partners such as foundry and test houses.
Monitor, analyze, and resolve production yield issues thru team work.
Evaluate device characteristics.
Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality.
Requirements:
1.BS EE or equivalent experience
2.Unix/C/C++, Windows/VB programming, and system administration experience
3.Semiconductor test experience, preferably using Teradyne tester
4.Oral and written English communication
5.Excellent data analysis, problem solving, and communication skills
6.Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
7.Work in a fast paced technical environment
8.prior IC test experience using industry leading ATE
