职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY主要职责范围
Implementation of development tests and qualification tests on mechanical components
Communicate and coordinate with the develop engineers internally while defining test requirements
Perform tests in R&D AP labs, towers and external installations
Write test report/protocol and generic test specification in the field of responsibility
Build up test benches and other necessary infrastructures in R&D AP Labs and Towers together with internal design engineers, mechanics and electricians as well as external suppliers
Provide second level support to field installation
