职位描述: Employment with 3rd Party.
Objectives of the job / Key Success Factors:
-Monitor and analyze NPS performance of responsible key customers
-Coordinate operating plans for selected key customers
-Assist Key Account Manager to ensure that both the regular shelf pricing and the promotional pricing policy for the company brands are well implemented by the customers & company field force
-Help Key Account Manager to ensure that company brands and assortments are properly listed & implemented by field sales.
-By maintaining and circulating the account agreed ranging lists for every customer to the field, ensuring the same is in the visibility monitoring system
-Coordinate adequate and accurate payment on time
-Assist Key Account Manager to arrange regular sales planning and quarter business review meeting (including way forward meeting) with the customers with will prepared assistance from the Trade Category Managers and other relevant company managers
-Coordinate Key Account Manager to initiate customer service improvement project with responsible customers in cooperation with the Trade Marketing Department and the Logistics Department (involve KA Shelf Space Merchandising Manager when necessary)
-Monitor actual performance
-Pro-actively coordinate specific customer development projects
-Understand the business vision, foals and strategy of the customers
Skills / Competencies / Experience required of the candidate:
-College degree qualified
-1 year relevant experience of FMCG industry
-Excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as a tenacity to achieve and a high level of attention to detail
-An ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure and prerequisites
-Being fully accontable for output, the ability to work with, and influence customer to achieve the targeted results is essential
-Able to demonstrate objective analytical power, and to be numerically literate
