- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Sound technical knowledge in precision injection mold fabrication and parts manufacturing
- Experience in project management from tooling fabrication to mass production
- Excellent communication and co-ordination skill
- Good command of English, both in writing and oral
