Job Description: Quality Assurance coordinator
1.System Management
-Explain and ensure the industrial quality system running well in plant
-Ensure ISO management system running well in plant and maintenance
-Good relation and communication with third attestation company
-Organize quality management review meeting annually and follow up corrective action
2. Audit
-Assistant Group General Technical Department quality audit
-Coordinate the external ISO audit from the third attestation company
-Plan and implement ISO9001 system internal audit annually and follow up corrective action
-Plan and implement components supplier audit and follow up
-Plan and implement plant internal audit daily and periodically monthly and follow up corrective action
-Assist implement ISO14001 internal audit in plant.
3. Training
-Plan, organize quality and safety training to IQ team
-Implement quality training to new MOD and new line leader
-Organize and implement new quality procedure training to related department
-Plan, organize and implement ISO2859 and L'Oreal group quality requirement training to components supplier and give related quality training to subcontractor
