Position Title: Researcher
Location: Bejing
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supporting Consultants to delivery recruiting Solutions with very highest emphasis on service and quality.
2. Searching suitable candidates, through cold call, market research, database search, and networking.
3.Interviewing candidates and doing summary reporting to consultants.
REQUIREMENTS:
1 1+ years or above working experience
2 Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
3 Open-minded, flexible, willing to learn, result-oriented
4 Can work under pressure
5 Good English communication Skills
6 Bachelor Degree is a must
