职位描述(Job Descriptions)
Main duties: -Legal assistance of foreign companies in foreign direct investment operations -Legal counsel and guidance in the ordinary and special activities of the clients -Drafting contracts and providing legal opinions, legal researches in Chinese/English -Assisting clients in negotiation with partners -Direct “clients relationships” Experience background: minimum 5 years experience in a foreign law firm based in PRC or a major Chinese law firm. Educational background: Master in Law either in China or abroad, Chinese Bar Examination already passed, fluent (writing and oral) in English (and if possible French). Personal requirements : interested in promoting the development of the Firm, dedicate himself/herself in legal research and updates, able to work under pressure and a good team player.
