职位描述：
Goals/Mission:
- Manage customer projects in line with the agreement reached to meet the company goal from contract implementation, ordering process and invoicing, operation and project change / closing.
- Project budgeting, controlling and reporting for customer contracts
- Cost Center controlling
Working Partners / Contacts:
- Reporting directly to SBS operational commercial manager
- Internally working: Engineers, Account managers, Project manager and BAs
External : AS , legal and tax, customers and vendors
Tasks:
- Support to develop project/service budget together with project managers and line managers to have the project/service economic viable
Implement contract/ projects within the budget by handling of order process to vendors in line with legal and tax guidelines and Finance Management Process
- Perform period closing by recognize revenue and COS in line with accounting principles
- Perform period controlling on cost objects and finance positions to make sure all of postings are correctly handled
- Perform project controlling by periodically reporting project budget, forecast and actual , and defining risk and opportunities together with project managers.
- Handle changes on contracts based on change management process and support the implementation of change projects
Perform period controlling on assets ( A/R , inventory and Fixed assets ) in line with company policy
- Perform Continuous Improvement Project to improve productivity of operation in agreed scope
Education:
- at least Bachelor
