职位描述：
Responsibility:
Define and maintain high-level system architecture.
Participate in analysis and optimization of system characteristics.
Initiate product improvements and new solutions.
Provide guideline on how functions will be implemented and ensure developed solution is according to defined system architecture.
Support product managers in requirement clarification and tender activities.
Support the standardization activities.
Support projects and maintenance regarding system issues.
Develop prototype and secure IPR.
Lead/participate in product committees and other technical meetings.
Act as contact interface regarding system issues, represent in external review/discussion, including customer discussion and presentation.
Contribute in process development and improvement.
Act as Technical Coordinator as needed for complex development projects.
Perform pre-study and feasibility work for concerned system area;
Review and inspect the pre-study / feasibility documentation;
Perform quick studies/quick scan for market requirements;
Assist to solve complex problems & system level issues.
Write node or network level system documentation.
Participate the standardization meetings.
Requirement:
University Bachelor or Master Degree of any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering.
Highly developed knowledge about IP protocols.
Highly developed knowledge of GSN system architecture
Good knowledge in 3GPP standards in Packet Core network area.
Good knowledge in software development methods and tools.
Good knowledge in software configuration management and ClearCase.
Broad telecom knowledge base and can learn new technology quickly.
Have solid working experience on design/test, system design and requirement analysis.
Can work independently and have the team spirits.
Open minded and willing to take challenge.
Good English communication skills (both in written and verbal), able to express own thinking clearly.
