Intern
Assist Operation Managers and their teams on daily work, inc. but not limited to:
1. Supporting OMˇs daily job, manager OM's calenda
2. Assist OM on external contact and issues tracking
3. Assist OM/team on regular basis operation documentation
4 Assist OM on project logistics such as project code set up process, necessary document preparation, meeting coordination
5. OM Travel arrangement
6. Visitor hosting, agenda preparation, meal arrangement and the necessary logistic supports
7. Assitant OM and tean leaders on online system data management
