该职位主要是在项目经理带领下开发微软的未来产品，并和美国微软总部保持良好的沟通，了解最新的开发需求，开发微软满意的新一代产品。

职位要求：
Knowledge
1． B.S. degree or above in Computer Science or related majorities;
2． Strong English ability , fluent oral English is preferred
Technical skills
1. Minimum of 1 year programming experience;
2. Strong coding skills in C/C++ or C# /.NET or Java is required;
3. Solid ability in Algorithm and Data Structure;
4. Strong analytical, design, debugging and testing skills;
Professional Skills (Such as sales skills etc.)
1． Excellent technical problem solving skills

职位介绍：
This position will be responsible for designing and executing test plan, test script, test cases, and other automatic test work. The candidate should look through the whole software development process and keep high quality of our software products.
1. Write and run effective tests for assigned areas.
2. Understand basic programming concepts and may write test code.
3. Analyze, interpret and incorporate qualitative results into test case improvement.
4. Provide solutions to the specific scope of problems in own feature area.
5. Write quality test case/code and implement them.
6. Write clear and actionable bug report.
7. Understand and start effective utilization of debugging/problem-solving tools.


职位要求：
Knowledge
1． Bachelor degree or above, good technical background
2． Excellent English skills both in reading and writing.
Technical skills
1.  Familiar with C\C++, .net
2.  Automatic test experience.
3.  2+ years experience in software testing.
4.  Have strong passion on testing
5. Test management skills are recommended.
