Job description:

* Works 2 days per week, 2-4 hours each day
* Trains software engineers to improve their English communication skills
* Builds custom lesson plans based on company’s commonly used IT vocabulary and e-mails
* Provide high quality professional teaching at all times.
* Create open, friendly learning environment.
* To evaluate the condition of students and give advice on individual student\'s progress in English.

Requirement:

* Native speaker of English.
* B.A. degree holder and above with at least 5 years of professional experience
* Excellent spoken and written English are required.
* Some IT background, familiar with terminology used in software development are preferred
* Experience training in a corporate environment
* Active, communicative teaching ability.
