职位描述: Roles & Responsibilities
1.Accept and complete tasks on timely manner to achieve SLA (Service Level of Agreement);
2.Assist immediate and extended teams to complete projects and special launches;
3.Working with clients and web producers to ensure final product is appropriate for web audiences;
4.Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve the workflow;
5.Be proactive in continuously improving Lenovo web sites quality;
6.Communicate effectively with team members, customers and extended teams to ensure good team work;
7.Participate in internal training courses organized by AP or Worldwide level Web layout, design and developing web pages, according to internet and design standards/guidelines. Maintain web content: backup, edit or delete in HTML without assistance of editing tools. Review edited content using QA tools before submitting content to QA for quality review;
8.Apply QA testing on all completed tasks passed from editors, adhering to strict internet and design standards;
9.Help in establishing QA guidelines and test deliverables such as test cases, scripts, reports and evaluations.
Requirements
1.Must be very fluent in Korean writing and speaking;
2.HTML, basic editing (Photoshop), Commercial experience on Quality Assurance, Web page layout experience; Experience in using web editing tools;
3.Problem solving skills ie troubleshooting;
4.Adherence to internet standards and guidelines;
5.Database management experience.
