1.Provide secretarial and administrative support, task including travel arrangement, preparation of presentations and some analysis, receiving internal and external customers and meeting arrangement and etc.
2.Event & schedule arrangement and management
3.Supports for budget making & progress monitoring
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree
2.Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
3.Good command of MS Office(Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
4.Honest, committed and detail orientated. Be able to work under pressure
