Location: Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, China
Shell is expanding rapidly in mainland China. Shell's focus in mainland China is to provide clean energy solutions that are sustainable over the long term, that support the country's growth and help reduce environmental impacts.
Responsibilities: ·Develop and support the delivery of the strategy for implementing the Global Competency Development Framework within the Sales and Marketing groups in China.
·Represent China on the East competency implementation community.
·Guide and support the delivery of coaching skills within China Sales and Marketing management.
·Guide and support the delivery of selling skills leveraging the Sales Mastery toolbox and LoB specific training (technical, brand, and CVP) within the LoB in China
·Guide and support the implementation of the Global Marketing competency model.
·Coordinate the training and implementation of the Sales Development Panel process.
·Identify training needs from Business projects and Individuals assessment outcomes
·Set up and implement the Sales and Marketing Training strategy and plan
·Ensure CVP knowledge/skills bridge between Marketing Team and Sales Force
·Identify and contract local training vendors for training materials development and/or facilitation
·Engage internal experts for delivering courses to Sales Force e.g Finance, LSC
·Facilitate Training programmes for basic skills (Selling, Coaching, Communication, train the trainer)
·Support Sales and Marketing onboarding programme
·Deliver field coaching to SMs
·Engage local and regional key Stakeholders
·To support RTM initiatives by developing and implementing a training catalogue for distributors (as a training vendor)
Requirements: ·Strong Sales Background as Account Manager and Sales Manager
·Demonstrated level of mastery in the following competencies: Selling and Negotiation, Delivers Results, Coaching and Development, and Working In and Building Teams
·Demonstrated level of Skill in the following competencies: Customer Relationship Management, Market Awareness, Customer Value Proposition, Channel Management, and HSSE
·Similar for Marketing Competencies
·Strong working knowledge of, and relationship with, sales and marketing organizations
·Strong motivation and leadership skills
·Results orientation
·Experience that demonstrates successful strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical understanding
