Responsibilities:
Ensure that all tender and contract documentation conforms to Exploration Production Asia Supply Chain Management standards; Ensure that the tendering process is auditable and conforms to Shell Group Business Principles, business plans, standards, policies and procedures; Ensure that best practice, new developments, ideas and changing market conditions are accurately reflected in contracting strategies, tenders and contracts; Promote Sustainable Development (Contractor Interface); Provide pre-award and post award contract support services; Facilitate and participate in annual supplier reviews to achieve cost savings / value enhancements; Contribute to periodic reports and keep Supply Chain Management systems up-to-date.
Requirements:
Strong leadership, inter-personal and team building skills, commercial skills and cost focus; Experience with complex contracts and thorough understanding of Well Engineering business segment; Ability to manage key external stakeholders and government relationships; Unquestionable ethics; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) and ability to communicate effectively; Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
