入境旅行顾问- 实习（上海）
职位描述
1． 协助跟进指定入境团队的操作：联系其他旅游相关供应商，接受客户订单（旅游团组，酒店预订，机票，火车票和船票，安排会议地点，等等）；
2． 有效的客户资料管理，及时更新客户信息；
3． 回答客户询问并帮助选择合适的旅游计划；务必在24小时内回复客户问询；
4． 做报价（能够根据国内外客户要求，独立制订适合的旅游路线及报价）；
5． 定期市场调研以了解最新客户需求，并汇报给操作部经理。
6． 月薪：1,500-2,000人民币
职位要求
- 待人热情，性格开朗，包容心强，具有较强的亲和力，凝聚力及良好的沟通能力；
- 团队协作者，具备较强的组织协调、分析判断、应变能力;
- 对工作认真负责；
- 熟练的英语能力, 能熟练使用第二外语（日语，法语，西班牙语，意大利语）者优先考虑;
- 本科或以上学历。

Job Position: Inbound Travel Consultant – Internship (Shanghai)
Responsibilities:
1. To do follow-ups of any assigned job: contacting related travel agents handling travel requests/bookings (tour, hotel room, flight, train and ship tickets, venues for meetings and conventions, etc.);
2. Initiate and maintain customer data;
3. Answer enquiries and guide customers to make travel decision; reply all inquiries within 24 hours;
4. Make quotations (Able to work out proper itineraries and precise tour cost according to the requests of customers both at home and abroad);
5. Make regular market research and get to know what do customers want and inform operation manager.
6. monthly salary Rmb1,500-2,000yuan
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, proactive，patient and good communication skill;
- Team player with demonstrated ability of working effectively in a team;
- Responsible for the assigned job;
- Good command of oral and written English; Third language(Japanese, French, Spanish, Italian) preferred.
- Bachelor degree or above.
