职位描述：
Goals/Mission:
- Generate Management Reporting to meet variant levels of requirements from SBS China, SIC and SBS HQ.
- Perform Finance Controlling over SBS business in China on finance positions in line with GAP and company guidelines
- Support process and quality management for Finance Management and Risk Management to meet the quality standards
- Support planning and budget process and other ad hoc projects
- Cost Center Controlling and Master Data Management
- Documentation Management to meet the compliance regulations
Working Partners / Contacts:
- Reporting directly to SBS operational commercial manager
- Internally working with BA,line Managers,SBS Management
- Externally working with,AS, Legal ,Tax in SLC and Accounting in SBS HQ
Tasks:
- SBS Management reporting to show business performance and support management decision : Key figures report, Sales related report, include Top 10 account report,contract based report, service based report ,salespipline report;monthly highlight and lowlight, KPI & Balance score card
- Reporting to Headquarter and SIC timely to show business performance of SBS China
- SBS Controlling reporting for finance positions , such as AR , A/P and inventory and Fixed assets and cash flow
- Cost center controlling for GMO and BA
- Risk management process and Finance Management Process , and quality compliance
- SAP Master data management ; WBS ,internal order ,cost center create and maintain ,SAP user account
- Planning and budgeting process to meet the quality standards
- Audit programs, documentation management ,and other ad hoc tasks
Education:
- At least Bachelor
- Major in finance & acounting
- English: verbal and written fluency
- Job Language:EN
