职位描述: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Service operation administration
Manpower Planning
Service request screening
Site service scheduling
Responsible to assist in coordinating service activities and related documentation in absence of Service Manager,
Scheduling Engineers based on Service Manager input
Send work orders to the third party
Warranty & Non-Warranty Repair
Responsible for generating RMA from E6 system
Assisting Service Manager to obtain warranty repair approval from respective AP business leader.
Responsible for arranging faulty equipment back to respective subsidiaries for warranty repair.
Follow-up repair status and return delivery
Responsible for export and import clearance
Coordinate on shipment or shipping instructions for repair unit with liaison with customer and producing factory.
Sign repair contract with customers for non-warranty repair, include quotation, invoicing and payment collection
Administrative Job
Service report collecting/entering/filing
Monthly site service survey and training surveys coordination
Expense report collecting/checking/recording
2.Service business administration
Loose Product Warranty Services
Assisting Service Manager to obtain warranty approval from respective AP business leader
System Support & Warranty Services
Assisting Service Manager to obtain support or warranty approval from respective project manager
Inventory Management
Borrow and return parts
Product, System & Service Training
Booking meeting room for training
Prepare training materials

Education / Experience
1. University graduate with Engineer degree
2. Good command of written & spoken English.
3. Good computer skills
