Your Responsibilities
• Has detailed knowledge about processing of halogen or GLS burners (in some cases assembly, components) sas defined in our competence matrix. For each process detailed subject has at least knowledge level 3 (HAL or GLS).
• Is knowledgeable about interaction between manufacturing process and product performance
• Defines specifications of processes, this can be process improvements as well as new processes.
• Designs, develops and implement processes at suppliers
• Works according to MEDIC, DFSS or other relevant procedure if not part of a product release, otherwise will follow ITM, lead by project leader.
• Provides professional progress and technical reports, data analysis, highlight issues
• Is able to consolidate knowledge, train others, create design rules
• Is able to apply statistical and quality tools like FMEA, QFD, DOE
Your Profile
• Master degree in technical area, such as physics, electronics, mechanics, material, chemical
• Be deeply interested in technology; willing to learn every day
• Be creative in finding solutions, take initiatives
• Be able to work according to planning
• Be a team player and a communicator with many different related people and parties
• Work structured and accurate, deliver reliable and professional results
• Always strive for improvements, never be satisfied with today's status quo
• Working in our international environment requires sufficient knowledge of English (CET6 or better: reading, writing, speaking)
